Terrace

Designed By bernabeifreeman

Forming part of Tait’s collaboration with Sydney designers bernabeifreeman, the Terrace collection was launched in 2015 to add to Tait’s portfolio of homeware accessories. Renowned for their sensational product design and integration of unique patterns, bernabeifreeman are continually inspired by traditional textiles and handcrafted objects.

Evoking a soft and feminine aesthetic, Terrace encompasses a range of tables, plant stands, planters and trays, applicable to both outdoor and indoor contexts. The collection answers the challenge of creating a range incorporating both sheet metal and block colours, while achieves a sense of lightness through decoration and its use of perforated patterns.

Conceived as an unrivalled design to a terrace setting and as the collection’s name, the Terrace Plant Stand and Terrace Table both exhibit a classic Art Deco influence and can be selected in varying sizes and materials.

The Bloom Planter, designed in either a Cloud or Pillow shape, is a playful set of mountable planters that look as sensational paired together or on their own.

Establishing Tait’s range of dining accessories, Geotray is a stackable series of geometric trays, made for serving or display and available in three unique shapes. Upping the elegance is the Terrace Tray, showcasing perforated patterns as the rest of the collection, in addition to beautiful wood handles.

Tait’s original designs are protected under design registration and copyright.
