All hail QT Melbourne – the newly opened, first of the hotel chain for Melbourne.
Following a build of close to three-and-a-half years (from the ground up on the old Greater Union cinemas site), the wait is undoubtedly worth it with it all showing in the details. Packed with bespoke artwork and furniture, luxe styling and a decadent vibe, QT Melbourne is nothing like what this city has seen before.
Working with interior designer Nic Graham (QT Public Areas Designer & Stylist), Tait were consulted for its Rooftop at QT hospitality space. With a glamorous aesthetic, cutting-edge sound and music, the space celebrates Melbourne’s love for cool bars. Whether a guest or visitor, any experience to QT Melbourne will be heightened by the incredible views of Melbourne’s inner-city rooftops on offer from Rooftop at QT. It therefore made sense to ensure some of Australia’s hottest designs were showcased too, including Volley and Breeze. The latter was a custom-made project to incorporate Breeze Modular’s first placing in a hospitality setting. Crisp whites, blues and greys sensationally echo the blue skies and dazzling skyline of Melbourne.
Set to be the destination for decadent soirée’s this summer, Rooftop at QT is a place to quench your thirst while taking in the heart and soul of Melbourne from above.
