Celebrating Queensland's vibrant lifestyle with a playful sense of nostalgia, the recently opened Hibiscus Room at Hyatt Regency Brisbane is next on our hit-list for glamorous tropical cocktails and some poolside paradise. Right in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, the 90-seat restaurant and bar surrounds an infinity pool and overlooking Queen Street Mall and some of Brisbane's most iconic buildings.

Decked out with Tait’s iconic Australian designed and made outdoor collections, Hibiscus Room’s expansive patio features; informal lounging with Breeze sofa’s and custom lounge-height Seam tables, casual dining with Volley chairs and Seam Cafe Tables, and relaxed bar settings with Seam Bar Stools and custom bar-height Linear tables.

The aptly tropical-inspired palette of materials and finishes feature ripe fruit-inspired mango and guava hues, alongside splashes of Mokum’s iconic ‘Tropicalia’ outdoor printed fabric. White powder-coated, woven mesh featuring on Tait’s Breeze Sofas and Volley Chairs gives the space a distinctly cool and breezy resort vibe.
